The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No. 45 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 137 and 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. On 12.10.2024, three unknown persons raped the victim at a place near St. Xavier College, Mahuadanr. T.I. Chart, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and the victim has identified him. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
