This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No.1378 of 2023 which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 22.06.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence of the counsel, the defects could not be removed. He submits that the revision be restored, the matter is related to order of maintenance. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, time for removal of defects in Cr. Revision No.1378 of 2023 is extended till 10.10.2025, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited before the court concerned which will be remitted to the wife. The proof regarding deposit of cost should be deposited before this Court by 08.10.2025. If the cost is deposited and the defects are removed by 10.10.2025, office is directed to place the Cr.
