Prima facie, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable in the light of Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 24.06.2023 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 (Md. Manjoor Alam @ Md. Manzoor Alam vs. Hasena Khatoon) read with order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6740 of 2016. On the other hand, appellant has remedy under criminal revision.
