In the instant case, petitioner has challenged two orders; first of assessment year 2019-2020 and second of assessment year 2020-2021. Instead of filing one petition, petitioner ought to have filed separate petitions for different assessment years, challenging the impugned orders, as there would be complications in considering the facts of both the cases and it may create chaos in discussing the facts. 2. In that view of matter, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh separate petitions. 3. Learned counsel for respondent submits no objection to the above prayer made. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty as prayed for. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for by him. SD/- (Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi) JUDGE Ayushi
