Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 18.09.2024, at about 10.00 hours, on receipt of credI-ble I'nformation, the sub- Inspector of police, Garividj poll-ce slat,-on, incharge of Budarayavalasa ps, along wI'th his staff and mediators, rushed to vootapallI' - Gadelamarrivalasa village junctI'On, Merakamudidam mandal and while conduct,-ng vehicle checkI.ng caught hold of Al to A5 and JCL and found they were I-n possession of 15 KGs of Ganja. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. PetitI-Oners were arrested on 18.09.2024 and since then they are in judicl'al remand. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused I-S 15 Kgs, whI-Ch I®S not a commercial quantl'ty.
