By the present petition, the petitioner is questioning the order of attachment dated 30-9-2024 passed by the respondent No.3 on the ground that some enquiry reports dated 15-1-2024 and 22-8-2024 have been submitted against the petitioner. 2 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that vide order dated 16-10-2024 the coordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased to stay the order dated 30-9-2024, however, in para 7 of the reply, which has been filed by the State, it has been mentioned that the order dated 30-9- 2024, which was passed by the respondent No.3 has been cancelled and the petitioner has now been posted at her earlier place of posting i.e. Government Higher Secondary School, Nonbirra, Block Kartala, District Korba. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the state would support the aforesaid contention of the petitioner. He would submit that since the order dated 30-9-2024 has already been cancelled, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication, at this stage. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the submission made by the parties that the order impugned dated 30-9-2024 has already been cancelled by the respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to revive the issue, if exigency arises in future.
