It appears that this Court while disposing this Criminal Revision Case vide order dated 04.12.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit fine amount within two weeks before the learned Trial Court. It is submitted that the petitioner could not able to deposit the fine amount within the statutory period on the ground stated in the para No.3 of instant Interlocutory application. 4. I have perused para No.3 of the instant Interlocutory application. The grounds are satisfactory. Accordingly, the time to deposit the fine amount is further extended to three (03) weeks from today. 5.
