Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Koderma. 3. On 24.08.2025, Koderma police apprehended this petitioner from Ganga-Damodar Express at Platform No.4 of Koderma Railway station. On search, 22.320 kilograms of cannabis were recovered from his possession. 4. In view of the fact that seized contraband comes within the purview of commercial quantity, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
