Even from the perusal of earlier orders dated 31.01.2023 and 06.02.2023, it would reveal that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of factual report made by the SHO Police Station, Deeg, informs the Court that the charge-sheet against the petitioners was filed on 01.07.2015. 4. In the instant case, the petitioners have challenged FIR No. 366/2014 and in view of the aforesaid circumstances, where [2025:RJ-JP:40869] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3463/2015] charge-sheet was filed ten years back in the year 2015 and thereafter trial must have proceeded further substantially, no cause of action for pursuing the instant criminal misc. petition survives and the same is hereby dismissed.
