The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.25 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.309 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.

On 30.03.2024, son of the informant went missing. On 02.04.2024, his dead body was found lying near Sini Nala.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State after going through the case diary has submitted that on the basis of confession of this petitioner, mobile phone of the deceased was recovered.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
