ORDER:
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/Judgment debtors No.1 to 3 &5 challenging the docket order dated 16.12.2024 passed in E.P.No.34 of 2023 in Dispute No.170 of 2016 on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Piduguralla. 2.
On 10.10.2025, this Court passed the following interim order:
“…There shall be an interim stay of order dated 16.122024 in E.P.No.34 of 2023 in Dispute No.170 of 2016 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Piduguralla on condition of deposit of 50% of the E.P. amount, within a period of two (2) weeks from today before the Execution Court. On such deposit, respondent No.1 is directed to withdraw the same without furnishing any security. It is made clear that within a time stipulated herein above if the said amount is not deposited, the order of stay granted herein shall stand vacated.”
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the interim order dated 10.10.2025 granted by this Court has not been complied with by the petitioners and on the other hand, the salary attachment has also been ordered by the trial Court. 4. In view of the same, no further cause survives in the present Civil Revision Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 4 VS,J C.R.P.No.1684 of 2025
