The above contempt case has been filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 11.01.2024, passed in W.P.No.1025 of
2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioners filed W.P.No.1025 of 2024, challenging the action of respondent authorities particularly respondent No.2 in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property admeasuring 1397 Square Yards in T.P.No.2/74, patta No.199 in Sy.No.8/1 of Maddilapalem Village, wherein an interim order was granted on 11.01.2024, directing the respondent authorities not to interfere in the aforementioned property. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondents proceeded with the construction of a compound wall over the property of the petitioner. 5. A counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent No.1. In para No.10, it was pleaded that on receipt of the order copy dated 11.01.2024, the GVMC has stopped the construction of the compound wall. No rejoinder has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Page 3 of 4

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Venkatachallarao learned counsel representing Sri K.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that pursuant to the interim order dated 11.01.2024, no further construction has been made. The same is recorded. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
