By the said representation, it can be seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that when there is a burial ground in S.No.818 and when the Government has made the facility of road for said burial ground, just because, they want to take a shortcut, the people are using the patta lands of the petitioner in Survey No.821/2A, 822/2B2 and 998/2 etc. 2. When the Government has made facility for the public to carry the body to the burial ground by making a road, just because the people want a shortcut or traditionally they were going through the patta land, they cannot insist that they can still use the patta land and especially when a proper tar road/cement road is made for the same. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
