Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the crime was registered on 07.01.2020 in Cr.No..5 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 503, 384, 120b IPC, 156(3) Cr.P.C, there is no progress in the investigation so far. 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
