This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondent in insisting me to yield and settle to the terms of 6th to 8th respondents connected to Civil Disputes pending between 6th to 8th respondents on one hand and myself on the other, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with my personal liberty, house matter and civil disputes …”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are interfering in the civil dispute at the behest of respondent No.6 to 8. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondent No.8 has submitted a report to the respondent No.5. In that connection, respondent No.5 has called the petitioner to the police station but the petitioner has not appeared before the investigating officer and further submits that police are not interfering in the civil dispute. 5. Recording the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. However, police are
