Considering the submissions made on both sides, and on perusal of the order referred to above, and since the present case is similar and forms part of the batch matters already decided, the present Writ Petition is disposed of holding that the petitioners are entitled to continuation of their services for the reasons mentioned in the above order, and the impugned Memo dated 05.09.2019 is hereby set aside.
