This Court made the following ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“.to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the acts of respondent No.2 and 3 in not taking the action against the above said PGRS Complaint dated 09.08.2025., as it Is illegal, arbitrary and violative of articles 14, 16 and 21 and 300A of constitution of India and also direct the respondent no.1 to 3 to 1) to conduct an urgent inspection of the allotted land to extent of Ac 15-00 Cents in Sy.No. 774/3 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal and verify its actual use and accessibility to the public 2) Cancel the allotment and resume the land to an extent of Ac 15-00 Cents in Sy.No. 774/3 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal to the Government for violation of conditions by respondent No.4 3) Reallocate the land to an extent of Ac 15-00 Cents in Sy.No. 774/3 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal for genuine Public Health, Education, welfare projects that directly serve the people of Tirupati District and pass such…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is not at all able to establish the enforcement of any of his personal rights on the subject property and the petitioner is claiming that he is a social activist. ::3::

In view of the same, as the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is in the nature of Public Interest, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation, as per the procedure. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
