Case No. 19 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Shri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 9256 of 2024 by order dated 29.01.2025. 4. On 10.06.2024, at about 11:30 noon, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Laylam forest. During the course of investigation, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended and mobile phone of the deceased was recovered on their pointing out. 5. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Bodam P.S.
