The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 110/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 & 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, later on Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 has been added, pending in the Court of Sri M. Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi. 3. On 14.03.2025 at about 5:00 P.M., 13 named accused persons including 150 unknown persons entered into the house of informant and assaulted the informant and his family members. It appears that 10 persons including husband of the informant sustained injuries. Later on, husband of the informant succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 4291/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
