ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction the respondents in particularly Respondent in considering the applications dated 24-05-2022, 19-04-2022 made by the petitioners 1 and 2 respectively, despite the specific directions in the
order passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P. 2. Heard Mr. Ch.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. Pending Writ Petition, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed the endorsement passed by the authorities on 15.9.2025 and the said endorsement was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. But liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the said endorsement in proper forum.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
