R.Kameswar Rao The Court made the following: 2 M.A.C.M.A.No.2915 of 2005 JUDGMENT: This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the award and decree dated 02.05.1997 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2. The respondent No.1 is no more. The respondents No.2 to 6 made appearance through counsels. The appeal against the respondent No.7 was dismissed on 05.01.2012. 3. Ms.G.Ramadevi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, is present. 4. As the counsel for the appellants given up his vakalat, this Court ordered notices to the appellants on 08.07.2022. Notices sent to the appellants were returned with endorsement ‘such address is not in village’. As such, recording the same on 28.10.2025, the matter was posted today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the appellants. 5. Accordingly, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
