The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 for allotment of BDA Plot as per Town Planning Scheme No.01 of 2015 in Mouza-Paikarapur, Sijuput, Narogoda and Sahajpur in liue of the Revenue Plot No.191 of 1080 measuring an area of Ac.0.11 dec., Khata No.162/1058 of Mouza - Sijuput in his favour. 3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 by way of representation dated 03.02.2025 vide Annexures-4. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioner is still pending. He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner. 5. Considering the submission of the Petitioner and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 to act upon the representation filed by the present Petitioner. The same exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
