This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling of order dated 01.07.2020 passed in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 1076/2020, by which the petition was dismissed. 2. The petitioner has filed S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 1076/2020 for quashing of FIR No.205/2019, which was dismissed vide order dated 01.07.2020 and the petitioner filed this application for recalling of aforesaid order, however, now learned [2025:RJ-JP:32779] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-275/2020] counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigating the impugned FIR, negative final report has been submitted, therefore, this application for recalling of order dated 01.07.2020 has become infructuous. 3.
