The applicant has preferred this contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging non-compliance of Order dated 10.10.2023 passed in WPS No.3624 of 2023 (Annexure-C/1). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that order under contempt dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in WPS BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2025.01.23 15:54:39 +0530 2 No.3624/2023 has been complied with and NOC has been issued by the authorities in favour of the applicant, which has been received by her. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that NOC has been issued in favour of the applicant. 4. In view of the above contention of both learned counsel for the parties, since order of contempt has been complied with, no case of contempt is made out to proceed further in the instant case, hence, contempt proceeding is dropped. 5.
