The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Macluskiganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2876 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Bhupesh Chandra Samad, learned J.M.F.C.-XVII, Ranchi. 3. On 14.07.2025, Macluskiganj Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from a place near Bakshi Bangla River. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that Naxal pamphlets were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Mukesh Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9271 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bhupesh Chandra Samad, learned J.M.F.C.-XVII, Ranchi in connection with Macluskiganj P.S.
