Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 4. The application is allowed. The Applicant - AJAY @ AJJU S/O. PREMJIBHAI BHIKHABHAI PARMAR is ordered to be released on Parole for a period of 7 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount R/SCR.A/8030/2025 ORDER DATED: 12/06/2025 to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on a further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period. 5.
