K BHEEMA RAO The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 24600 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Rc.No.2336/2025/H3 dated 13.08.2025 removing the petitioner as Data Entry Operator (Election) in the Office of the 5th respondent without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the law as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court, vide orders dated 12.09.2025, issued a direction suspending the impugned order and permitted the petitioner to continue to work as Data Entry Officer and had given liberty to the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry in compliance of the principles of natural justice. 3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the interim order has been complied and the petitioner is reinstated into service. 4. Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry for the 4 alleged allegations made against the petitioner in compliance of the principles of natural justice. There shall be no orders as to costs.
