The petitioners claim that they are the registered dealers and are entitled to run their business without any hindrance created by the respondents-State. It is submitted that on the pretext that an F.I.R. was lodged by some other persons, respondents-authorities are not permitting the petitioners to carry out their business which is in violation of Article 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India as right to carry out business and right to livelihood cannot be taken away from the petitioner without following due procedure of law. The aforesaid allegation is specifically against the respondent no.5 3. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, we dispose off the writ petition permitting each petitioners to file separate representation alongwith certified copy of this order before the respondent no.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Meerut, U.P. within a period of one month from today, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioners and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by passing reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month thereafter, after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to each of the petitioner.
