This review petition is filed to review the order dated 12th June, 2025 passed in WP No.16073/2025 (Annexure-A). 3. Heard Sri Sameer S.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Smt. Hemalatha V., learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4. It is submitted by Sri Sameer S.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by referring to Annexure-C that the petitioner has already paid the fee for Phodi as per Annexure-C, and therefore, sought for review of the order referred to above. 5. Per contra, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in order to conduct Phodi, the applicant has to make an application through on-line, and if such an application is made as per Circular of the Government, the same shall be considered. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33093 RP No. 308 of 2025 6. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that since this Court has already directed the petitioner herein to make an application through on-line seeking Phodi in respect of the subject land concerned, there is no error apparent on the face of the records.
