ARAVALA RAMA RAO(SC FOR APSRTC KKAC) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings No.P.1/756(21)2013- Adoni dt:2-4-2015 of the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents 2 to provide appointment under bread winner scheme to the petitioner under in the interest of justice....” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Butta Vijaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
