The petition was filed in the year 2014, whereby, the petitioner has made prayer to run the sentence imposed against him under Section 138 of NI Act, in Criminal Case No. 348/2011 (affirmed by Appelate court in Criminal Appeal No. 26/2013) and Criminal Case No. 418/2012 (affirmed by Appelate court in Criminal Appeal No. 27/2013), concurrently. By afflux of time, the petitioner must have gone through the punishment, therefore, no fruitful purpose shall be served to issue notices to the petitioner.
