Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the decision of Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.28306 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025. 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents would not dispute the same. 7. Having regard the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to process and remit/pay the retirement benefits to the credit of account of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
