Heard learned counsel for the respondents and no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed that on 27.10.2025, learned counsel for the respondents reported that the orders of this Court are complied with. In view of the same, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to get instructions and hence, posted the matter to today. But, today learned counsel for the petitioner neither appeared before this Court nor submitted any instructions. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents reiterated that the orders dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33037 of 2023 are complied with. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case and requested to close the contempt case. 5.
