Case No. 179 of 2023, registered for offence under Sections 188, 353, 447, 379, 420, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. It is alleged that these petitioners committed theft of crops, which were to be auctioned, as per order of the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai and also attempted to breach the law and order. 4.
