Case No. 38 of 2024, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 75(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara. 11.09.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have entered the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of her 10 years old daughter. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at stage.
