The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No.139/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 333, 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are lady members of the family of Ramdev Ram and Basudev Ram. He further submits that the altercation took place between the parties due to plucking mangoes with stones and both the sides are neighbours. He then submits that so far as the allegation of assault is concerned, that is not against these petitioners. The allegation of assault is upon other accused persons. He next submits that the entire family members have been arrayed as accused. He also submits that petitioner no.1 has also lodged the FIR for the same incident on the same day. ( 2025:JHHC:34777 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 6541 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and informant opposed the prayer and submit that the injury has been received by the informant. 5. Considering that the petitioners are ladies and there are general and omnibus allegations against them and the allegations of assault are there against other accused persons and entire family members have been made accused and there are case and counter case between the parties and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S.
