2. By the present Application, the Applicant is before this Court seeking bail. His Application for bail filed before the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, prior to filing of the charge-sheet was rejected vide order dated 22nd April, 2025. He submits that the prosecution has now filed charge-sheet. In view of the change in circumstances which has occurred due to filing of the charge-sheet, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application before the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur. If such application is filed, the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, would consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. Liberty to withdraw the Criminal Bail Application is granted.
4. In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 2120 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above.
