Learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit. Keep the same in the record. This C.M.P. has been filed with the prayer to modify the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.C. No.3323 of 2018 whereby in the 5th line of the order dated 14.05.2024, it has been mentioned that Execution Case No.02 of 2011 was pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.-II), Palamau at Daltonganj on the basis of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the said W.P.C. as in the prayer portion in the said W.P.C., it was only mentioned that the Execution Case was pending in the Court of Civil Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj; though in fact, the Execution Case No.02/2011 is pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Palamau at Daltonganj. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.C. No.3323 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the Court in which the Execution Case No.02/2011 is pending mentioned in the said order be treated as Court of Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Palamau at Daltonganj instead of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.-II), Palamau at Daltonganj. The said order dated14.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.C. No.3323 of 2018 is modified to the said extent only. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
