1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent No.2 on 27-9-2024 (Annexure–P/8), as the petitioner is continuing the work allotted to her for preparation of mid day meal in
2 the Government schools at Bhainsa, District Bemetara, however, despite the said fact that the authorities are proceeding ahead to appoint some other self help group. Thus, the petitioner would pray that the authorities be directed to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that since the petitioner has already approached the respondent No.2 and submitted the representation, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law.
3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents.
4. Considering the submission made by both the parties, the respondent No.2/Block Education Officer is directed to consider and decide the pending representation dated 27-9-2024 (Annexure–P/8) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, at the earliest possible time preferably within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
