Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondent- Police are not conducting a fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.182 of 2025 of Atchampet P.S., Palnadu District. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation is still pending in this matter. So far, eight witnesses were examined. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to submit his grievances to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer can look into the contentions raised by the Petitioner 4 and conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible.
