The revision is filed against the order dismissing the petitions filed under Section 210 and 309 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in Crl.M.P. No.7087 of 2009 in C.C. No.381 of 2006, on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tanuku. 2 3. The e-Court’s status report revealed that C.C. No.381 of 2006 was disposed of acquitting the accused therein. In view of the dismissal of C.C. No.381 of 2006 itself by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class FAC/learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tanuku, nothing remains in this revision case to adjudicate further. 4. I have perused the judgment of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tanuku in C.C. No.381 of 2006, in which case, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 were acquitted for the charges under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Therefore, the revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. The Registry is directed to delete the name of Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, as he has been elevated as the Hon’ble Judge of the High Court for the State of Telangana.
