ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus against the respondent No.2 - Deputy Registrar of Chits, regarding supply chit related agreements in dispute No.DRB-1/CHITS/18/2022-23 and dispute No.DRB-1/CHITS/46/22-23 (Annexure-C to the writ petition).
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner by inviting the attention of the Court to the permission under Section-10 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982 ('Act' for short) that, the respondent-authority has to comply with the provisions under Section-10 of the Act.

Per contra, Sri.B.N.Prakash learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 14.03.2023 in the dispute referred to above and submitted that the agreement has already been produced before a competent authority. Accordingly sought for dismissal of the writ petition.
4. In that view of the matter, taking into
consideration the language employed under Section-10 of the aforementioned Act and the order dated 14.03.2023, Iam of the view that, in the event if the petitioner is entitled to the chit related agreements referred to above, as per the provisions under the Act, it is the duty of the respondent - authority to provide the same to the petitioner.
5. With these observations, the writ petition is
disposed off.
6. Since the parties are represented through their learned counsels, in order to avoid further delay in the

matter, parties are directed to appear before respondent No.2 on 01.12.2025 at 3.00 p.m.
