application which is annexed as Annexure-11 to the writ application by the present reviewing authority as per the applicable Rules and guidelines of the Respondent-bank.
As such, interest of justice would be sufficed by directing the Petitioner to submit the copy of the review application, which is annexed as annexure-11, to the writ petition as the same is not available with the Bank.
4.
Having regard to the fair submissions, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the Respondent-Bank to pass an order on the review application, which is part and parcel of this writ application as Annexure-11, and the order passed in review shall be communicated to the petitioner and the Petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of Annexure-11 to the writ application to the concerned Respondent at the earliest.
It goes without saying that the present reviewing authority shall dispose of the review application, (annexure-11), as per applicable Rules and Regulations and guidelines within a period of four months from the date of receipt of “Review Application”, which is Annexure-11 to this petition.
5.
