Accordingly, he has filed a memo seeking permission to retire from the case. This court has perused the email and has permitted the counsel to retire from the case and this court had directed to delete the name of the counsel and print the name of the party. Thereafter petitioner has neither engaged an Advocate nor appeared before this court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for Non- prosecution.
