3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1504 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.04.2025
