Case No.83 of 2025 arising out of Pirtand P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2) /126(2) /118(1)/ 329(1) /109(1) /3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1630 of 2025 by order dated 27.03.2025. Petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the cousin of the Informant namely Mangra Baske, due to which, he sustained two stab wounds in his stomach. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about one year. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
