The contesting parties to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute for Rs. 8,25,000/- out of which the appellant has already paid Rs. 1,00,000/- and further deposited Rs. 25,000/- before the learned Tribunal and today balance amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- has been handed over to the claimants through SBI Cheque No. 476947 dated 08.03.2025. A docket to this effect duly signed by the parties has also been filed. 2. Accordingly, the present MAC is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. It is also directed that the claimants shall be allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25000/- deposited before the Tribunal. 3. A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, if any, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith.
