Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 02.08.2024, the petitioners alongwith co-accused persons had gone to the house of the informant and threatened her and her husband of dire consequences. On 03.08.20234, the husband of the informant was found murdered. 4. Learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record. It was further submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. 5. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Bishnugarh P.S.
