The petitioner submits that the College’s release of Rs. 1,44,841/- towards the Group Insurance Scheme [“GIS”] is inconsistent with the pendency of his appeal against termination, as directed in the order dated 12.03.2025, by which the captioned writ petition was disposed of. He further submits that the terminal benefits previously released by the College were reimbursed by him in compliance with the said directions, yet the College has subsequently released this amount. The petitioner states that he is willing to reimburse the said amount to the College. 3. Ms. Soni is requested to take instructions, and assist the Court on the next date of hearing.
