The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1723 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned J.M.-XIII, Ranchi. 3. On 19.02.2025, at about 06:30 P.M., motorcycle of the informant parked in Alkapuri was stolen by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned J.M.-XIII, Ranchi in connection with Doranda P.S.
